JRC is pleased to announce the addition of Dan Rogers as the firm’s first ever Chief Operating Officer (COO). He joins JRC from his role as a partner at Grant Thornton, LLP.
As COO, Dan will provide strategic leadership over the full spectrum of business operations, supporting strategy, revenue growth, business performance and profitability, human capital and risk and quality. He brings a depth of experience in client service and engagement delivery, management of people and operations, and proven business development strategies from his 25-year career in management consulting with large professional services firms.
“Dan’s demonstrated success leading public sector consulting practices across pipeline, business and account development, service delivery, operational execution, and profitability improvement will strategically elevate JRC to the next level,” said president and CEO, Jill Rogers. “JRC’s recent growth, particularly in the DHS space, will benefit significantly from the depth of Dan’s expertise. We are thrilled to welcome him onboard.”
While a partner at Grant Thornton LLP, Dan initiated and led multiple business segments and accounts within the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense. He excels at developing and managing growth portfolios across diverse consulting services and capabilities, and will leverage this expertise as JRC looks to expand its public sector business. His corporate career also includes tenures with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to join and help lead such a dynamic small business,” said Dan. “With a diverse portfolio and strength in prime contracts and contract vehicles, JRC is poised for growth. I look forward to leading the firm to expand its services into new markets and establish the operational framework to enable the firm to scale as it grows, while maintaining the highest standard for customer service.”
