JRC Wins Task Order to Provide Early Career Training to GSA Workforce 

In March 2021, JRC and partner Management Concepts won a task order to deliver an array of training courses to U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) employees, focused on early career development.  This task order is administered by the GSA Early Career Development Training Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).  The intent of this training is to support employees who are in the early stages of their careers and those who are first-time leaders.  Courses in this task order include: MBTI Workshop, Navigating Change and Transition, Emotional Intelligence, How to Write for Success, Successfully Navigate the Work World, Managing and Leading Change, Managing Conflict Effectively, How to Coach and Inspire Others, and MBTI and DISC Assessment Workshops.  Team JRC is delivering these courses from March to July 2021 in a virtual environment to GSA employees located across the nation.
