Together with partner HRD Press, JRC recently won a contract to provide coaching and leadership assessment and resources for the United States Secret Service (USSS) James J. Rowley Training Center. Team JRC will provide the USSS with unlimited access to a suite of 26 online assessments via an online platform that includes assessments on topics such as emotional intelligence, leadership effectiveness, and dealing with conflict. In addition to these assessments, each user will receive unlimited access to HRD’s premium resource library. Team JRC will also provide onsite coaching sessions, support, and feedback/strategy discussions to frontline supervisors, mid-level managers, and senior executives. These coaching sessions will identify critical success factors, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop performance action plans as a result of assessment feedback.
