JRC, in partnership with Accenture Federal Services, was awarded a contract with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) to support the consolidation, transition, and transfer phase of the organization’s background investigation and adjudicative mission activities. Per Executive Order, on October 1, 2019, DCSA officially stood up as the primary organization responsible for background investigations for the Federal Government. Team JRC will support the HCMO with the transfer of other Government entities to DCSA, including the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) National Background Investigation Bureau (NBIB) and the DoD Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF). Team JRC brings a depth of subject matter expertise in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), Federal HR, Outreach, and Training that will help define, align, and accelerate transformational change at DCSA.
