JILL A. ROGERS

President and CEO

Jill Rogers is the President and CEO of JRC, LLC. With nearly 25 years in Federal government consulting, her passion for customer service remains at the center of her job description and JRC’s core values. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting into the details with her teams. She thrives on helping organizations improve their effectiveness by designing and delivering customized solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Ms. Rogers’ high standards for customer service, the basis for JRC’s philosophy on client service, were developed during her tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Early in her career, her consulting skills were honed in the “big firm” environments of PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Business Consulting, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Providing first class business solutions with the highest levels of customer service is her personal goal and a noteworthy trademark. Combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to continuous improvement, JRC continues to evolve to meet new customer challenges and organizational needs.

Founded in 2006, JRC was established to provide Ms. Rogers with the opportunity to continue her passion of client service while balancing life changes as an independent consultant. Fast forward three years, and JRC hired its first employee, received a facilities clearance and began to team with other large and small businesses across DoD organizations. By 2012, JRC had grown exponentially in size, number of contracts, and breadth and depth of capabilities. Often asked, how her business grew organically so quickly, Ms. Rogers says, “We don’t try to be all things to all people. We do what we do very well and with the highest levels of quality and professionalism. We work for our clients and partners to make them look good. Period.”

Today, JRC continues to support organizations from the Departments of Defense, as well as Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community, and several Federal Civilian Agencies. JRC’s core capabilities remain aligned with the full spectrum of strategic human capital and talent management solutions and include executive coaching, leader development, and organizational performance improvement.

According to Ms. Rogers, “The workplace, as we knew it pre-pandemic, has forever changed and JRC looks forward to supporting leaders through the continued evolution of how work gets done. Our expertise in leader development, coaching for organizational performance improvement, and other core capabilities support leaders and their teams as they navigate the new working culture. This may include promoting resilience and adaptability to support hybrid work environments, developing relationships and a culture of trust through virtual engagement, and a myriad of other opportunities for organizational growth and wellbeing.”

Ms. Rogers has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Catholic University of America and earned her Executive Coaching Certificate through Philosophy IB/American University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Professional Culture Facilitator (CPCF) and certified to administer leadership assessments including the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) and EQ-i 360 and the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI 360). She is a member of the Women for Change Coaching Community, and a hockey mom of three boys committed to learning something new every day.
