JRC is pleased to facilitate the Capstone event for two Mid-Level Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Cohorts this month at Naval Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR) in Suffolk, VA. The Capstone is a two-day event in which MLDP participants utilize the knowledge and skills learned during the 10-month leader development program for their individual presentation. The Capstone event is the final session in the program that consisted of two Cohorts of 24 leaders each for FY19 as part of the ongoing indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) that JRC has with NAVIFOR. Each Cohort participated in 10 courses, over 10 months, for a total of 24 days of leadership training. Topics covered included Critical Thinking for Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, From Tactical to Strategic Thinking, Building and Sustaining Teams and Anytime Coaching. Congratulations to MLDP 2018-2019 Cohorts 1 and 2!
