Office of Personal Management and the General Services Administration
Alexandria, VA – JRogers Consulting LLC (JRC) was recently awarded a prime contract on the Human Capital and Training Solution (HCaTS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, a strategic sourcing partnership between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA).
HCaTS provides federal agencies with a reliable, flexible, fast and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements.
JRC successfully on-ramped to Pool 1 – Professional and Management Development Training – which has a ceiling of $3.45 billion dollars. The government-wide IDIQ vehicle, offers flexibility to use all contract types and provides pricing at the task order level.
