JRogers Consulting LLC (JRC) was recently awarded a prime contract on the Human Capital and Training Solution (HCaTS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, a strategic sourcing partnership between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA). JRC successfully onramped to Pool 1 – Professional and Management Development Training – which has a ceiling of $3.45 billion. The Government-wide IDIQ vehicle offers flexibility to use all contract types and provides pricing at the task order level. “Being a part of HCaTS Pool 1 is an honor and fantastic opportunity for us at JRC,” said JRC President and CEO, Jill Rogers. “In the past 5 years, JRC has grown significantly – and successfully – in the leadership development and training areas and we look forward to working with the broader HCaTS community and federal agencies providing similar products and services.”
The HCaTS contract is the result of a partnership between OPM and the GSA. The initiative creates the joint management of a new strategically sourced, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) government-wide contract to support OPM’s Training and Management Assistance (TMA) program and provides customized human capital management and training services to all agencies. The HCaTS contract provides federal agencies with a reliable, flexible, fast and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements.
