JRC to Expand DCIPS Training at Air Force

Jill Rogers

Since October 2019, JRC has developed and delivered a variety of DCIPS Training to the Air Force A2 headquarters staff. Courses include the latest policies and updates from USD(I) and are focused on a range of traditional DCIPS topic areas including: DCIPS 101, Writing SMART Objectives, Pay Pools in Action and Writing to Assessments. The overwhelmingly positive feedback to JRC’s interactive, workshop approach has led to additional training across the Air Force. JRC’s approach brings lessons learned from more than a decade of DCIPS expertise in addition to the policies, processes and timeliness associated with the performance management processes. JRC’s award winning facilitators use an interactive approach and participants are asked to bring their own SMART Objectives to class for discussion and review. In addition, common questions, misconceptions and other thoughts on each participants’ unique DCIPS experience are welcomed and discussed.
