With nearly 20 years in Federal government consulting, her passion for customer service is still at the center of her job description and JRC’s core values. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting into the details with teams. She thrives on helping organizations improve their effectiveness by designing and delivering customized solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Ms. Rogers’ high standards for customer service, the basis for JRC’s core values, were developed during her tenure at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Providing first class business solutions with the highest levels of customer service is her personal goal and a noteworthy trademark. Combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to continuous improvement, JRC continues to evolve to meet new customer challenges and organizational needs.
She is an ICF Certified coach, a member of the Women for Change Coaching Community, and a hockey mom of three boys committed to learning something new every day.
