Jill Rogers is the President and CEO of JRC, LLC. With more than 20 years in Federal government consulting, her passion for customer service is still at the center of her job description and JRC’s core values. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting into the details with teams. She thrives on helping organizations improve their effectiveness by designing and delivering customized solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Ms. Rogers’ high standards for customer service, the basis for JRC’s core values, were developed during her tenure at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Providing first class business solutions with the highest levels of customer service is her personal goal and a noteworthy trademark. Combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to continuous improvement, JRC continues to evolve to meet new customer challenges and organizational needs.
She is an ICF Certified coach, a member of the Women for Change Coaching Community, and a hockey mom of three boys committed to learning something new every day.
Dan Rogers is the Chief Operating Officer of JRC, LLC. With more than 25 years in Federal government consulting, he is an experienced executive with demonstrated success building enduring client relationships, developing high-growth accounts and managing and improving profitable business performance. He enjoys building high-performing teams and developing the next generation of leaders.
Mr. Rogers believes that an unwavering commitment to serving clients and investing in people are the keys to building a successful consulting organization. Embracing client missions as your own, anticipating client needs and delivering on commitments builds the credibility necessary to earn the trust of clients to solve their most pressing business challenges. Mr. Rogers holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University. He serves on the board of the Homeland Security Philanthropy Council and ACT for Alexandria. He also volunteers as a youth hockey coach, teaching the finer points of the greatest game, as well as the competitiveness, teamwork and sportsmanship required to be successful.
