GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing federal, state and local governments innovative solutions to their professional services needs. JRC is a prime contract holder under Special Item Numbers (SINs) 874-1 and 874-4 for Business Consulting Solutions and 541 4A, 541 4D, and 541 5 for Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions which includes:

Business Consulting Solutions include a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance, and help customers meet their mission goals. Business services range from consulting, facilitation, quality assurance, analysis, strategy formulation, advisory and assistance, research, and training to acquisition and program support.

Advertising and Marketing Solutions provide expert help in the advertising, marketing, and related communications fields including stakeholder assessment, engagement, and outreach strategies.

GSA-OPM HCaTS Small Business (SB)

The HCaTS Small Business (SB) contract is the result of a partnership between The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA). The strategically sourced, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) government-wide contract provides federal agencies with a reliable, flexible, fast and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements. Navy SeaPort Next Generation

Seaport Next Generation, the Navy’s the next iteration of the services contracting vehicle SeaPort-e, is used for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. Department of Navy, Naval Information Forces Command

The Department of Navy, Naval Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for development and delivery of the Navy Senior Leadership Development Programs (SLDP) and Navy Mid-Level Leadership Development Programs (MLDP). Together, these two programs, aligned to the Department of Defense Civilian Professional Development Programs, provide emerging and senior leaders with the leadership skills they require to lead NAVIFOR through the organizational challenges that lie ahead.
